The wedding celebrations will conclude at 23:30. Please arrange all transport for no later than 23:40. It is recommended to book transport well in advance as it is almost impossible to arrange this on the night.

Train

Nearest Station: Althorne, Burnham-on-Crouch, and Southminster Train Stations are all approximately 5 minutes to High House by car.

All above stations are on the Southminster line from London Liverpool Street. It takes approximately 1 hour 5 minutes from London Liverpool Street, including 1 change at Wickford.

It is advisable to pre-arrange a local taxi from each train station to take you to High House.

Parking

Guests are welcome to leave their cars at High House overnight but must be collected between 8am and 10am the following morning. There will be no access outside of these times.

Finding High House

Address: High House Weddings, Old Heath Road, Althorne, Essex CM3 6EW

High House is located between the Althorne and Burnham on Crouch. When arriving from the direction of Maldon / Chelmsford you will approach High House via the B1010. On passing through the village of Althorne turn left onto The Endway. High House is on the right, approximately one mile from this point and well signposted on arrival.

For Drivers & Taxis - when booking taxis and driving to High House please ensure your location is noted as High House Wedding Venue. Unfortunately Google Maps and Sat Nav systems can be unclear as to the exact location and will generally take drivers too far. Please look out for the sign-posted entrance.
